Military and Veterans mindfulness practice
As a veteran with moderate PTSD, I understand how certain events in life can trigger panic and anxiety episodes. Using mindfulness, I am learning to transform trauma in to healing. I am not a therapist. I completely support therapeutic approach. This is a safe space to share.

This event is a safe space to share your experiences and learning strategies to ground, center, and hopefully move through difficult moments. Here you do not have to share anything you do not want to share, but you can take time for yourself and learn to unattach and release from the emotional scars by breathing and mindfulness practices. Finding your way with new coping skills.
